How to use a promo code
Promo codes can be entered during the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box labeled “Promo Code,” which can be located under the Order Summary on the right side of your shopping cart.
Then click “Apply.”
Please note that only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers, some have conditions such as a minimum order and/or an expiry date.
Placing an order in time for a special occasion?
All items ship from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Shipping time varies depending on where you are located. Please allow 10 - 15 business days from the time of your order for us to package and ship your goods.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $75, after discount is applied. We ship to most of Canada and the continental U.S.
Orders under $75, after any applicable discounts, will be charged $14.99 for shipping.
When will your order arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders ship from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Please allow 10 - 15 business days for your order to arrive.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we offer shipping to most of Canada and the continental US.
Do you ship to PO boxes
Yes, we have the ability to deliver to all valid addresses in Canada and US.

Modifying an order
Unfortunately once the order is placed, it is not possible to modify or cancel.
Missing or damaged items from an order
Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery and include your order number.
Your order appears delivered but you have not received it? Follow these steps:
1. Perhaps the order was left with your neighbor or a work colleague (if delivered to your workplace). Check with them.
2. Reach out to the shipping company
3. Contact us at email@example.com with the order details within 5 days of the marked delivery date.
Please note, that we are unable to assume responsibility for packages shipped to third party mail forwarding facilities. Once an international shipment is marked delivered we are no longer responsible for the particular package. Danica Studio is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders to an incorrect address at checkout. Orders cannot be redirected to an alternative address once the order is submitted.
Our return policy
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost and any discounts.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
Please note refunds to your account may take up to 5 business days after we receive your return in our warehouse. The total time from requesting a return to showing the refund in your account can take 2-3 weeks due to varying processing times between payment providers.
