Our return policy

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost and any discounts. 

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.   

Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

If you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect merchandise, please notify us in writing within 5 days of delivery to info@danicastudio.com. All claims are reviewed and, if approved, will be issued as an account credit. Replacements are not automatically provided.
